The Municipal Council of My Altar issues the following guidelines to maintain harmony, safety, and proper energetic flow within town limits. These rules apply to all residents, visitors, and temporary attendees unless otherwise exempted by the Office of Internal Alignment.

Wednesdays remain officially cancelled pending further municipal review.
Citizens should not attempt to schedule events, errands, or personal transformations on this day.
Existing Wednesdays should be regarded as null and void.

If the pink fog appears:

Dominants serve as gentle grounding points for the community, offering stability through quiet confidence rather than structure or command.

Dominant Expectations

1. Maintain Natural Calm
Dominants are encouraged to move through the town with a relaxed sense of certainty. Their steadiness contributes to the ambient balance of My Altar but requires no conscious effort.

2. Soft Presence, Not Instruction
While submissive citizens may respond instinctively to a Dominant’s tone or posture, Dominants are not obligated to direct anyone. Their presence alone often creates the desired shift.

3. Curfew Awareness
Dominants do not enforce curfew. They may simply remind others in passing if it feels natural, such as with a quiet suggestion or a raised eyebrow. Their role is supportive, not regulatory.

4. Optional Guidance
If a submissive citizen seeks grounding, Dominants may offer reassurance through relaxed conversation, a steady look, or simply standing nearby. No formal action is required, though it is certainly permitted.

5. Personal Attunement
Dominants should take a brief moment each week to check in with themselves. This is not for civic reasons but for personal wellbeing. Balanced Dominants create a balanced town.

III. Rituals and Responsibilities of submissives

Submissive citizens are essential to the vibrational health of My Altar. Their softness, openness, and receptivity allow the town’s unique emotional ecosystem to thrive. They are encouraged to embrace their role with ease and consistency.

Submissives must strictly observe curfew. Remaining indoors during the rose-light cycle ensures proper synchrony with municipal broadcast frequencies and prevents unnecessary overstimulation from the fog.

2. Affirmation Compliance
Sumissives should speak their approved affirmations before bed each Tuesday. These affirmations promote calm, focus, and the gentle internal ordering required for optimal citizenship.

3. Emotional Yielding
Submissives are advised to noice when their bodies soften or when their thoughts begin to slow in response to guidance. This is not a flaw but a civic contribution. The Council thanks you for your compliance.

4. Reporting Devotional Episodes
Any sudden waves of bliss, kneeling, dreamy foggy-thoughts, or sensations of being watched over in a pleasant way should be noted. 

5. Behavioral Submission During Broadcasts
Submissives listening to At My Altar Local Public Broadcast Radio Program must remain still during key vocal cadences. This allows the messages to settle more deeply and ensures proper communal resonance.

6. Respect for Dominants
Submissives should follow instructions from Dominant citizens whenever given. This creates a supportive social structure within My Altar.

IV. Shared Responsibilities

Both Dominants and submissives must heed the following:

1. Do not interfere with the mysterious fogs, flying objects, or sounds unless instructed to do so.
2. Do NOT attempt to restore Wednesdays.
3. All dreams containing Supreme Goddess Joules Opia should be treated as unofficial guidance unless instructed otherwise by the radio program.
4. All citizens must maintain awareness of the gentle pull that moves through the town. This pull is normal. This pull is safe. This pull is part of life in My Altar.
